Acronis Cyber Backup

Acronis Backup:
back up your entire IT environment automatically

Acronis Cyber Backup protects your servers, workstations, virtual machines and SaaS applications (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) in a secure cloud. AES-256 encryption, GDPR compliance, recovery in minutes. We deploy, configure and supervise your backups.

Features

What Acronis Backup protects

Physical server backup

Full image of your Windows and Linux servers: system, data, configurations and applications. In the event of a failure, your server restarts from its last backup in minutes — not days.

VM backup (VMware & Hyper-V)

Protection of VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V virtual machines without agents — directly at the hypervisor level. Frequent incremental backups, consistent snapshots and granular restore at VM or file level.

Microsoft 365 backup

Your Microsoft 365 data is not backed up by Microsoft — that is your responsibility. Acronis backs up Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams. Restore in minutes in case of accidental deletion or attack.

Workstation backup

Protection of laptops and desktops for remote workers and office users alike. Continuous or scheduled backup, individual file restore or full image, compatible with Windows and macOS.

Encryption and GDPR compliance

All backups are encrypted with AES-256 at source, in transit and at rest. Data is stored in ISO 27001 certified European data centres. GDPR compliance guaranteed for your personal data.

Automated restore tests

Acronis Boot Verify automatically tests each backup to verify it is restorable. You receive a report with a screenshot of the restored VM booting — proof that your backups actually work.

The challenge

Has your backup strategy actually been tested?

  • Your backups exist on paper — but no one has tested them for months. You will find out if they work when you need them, and by then it will be too late
  • Microsoft 365 is not backed up by Microsoft — accidental deletions, ransomware attacks and synchronisation errors can cause months of data to disappear
  • Your backups are stored locally — in the event of a disaster (fire, theft, flooding), the backup disappears along with the original data
  • Your RPO (maximum acceptable data loss) is a few hours, but your backups run daily — if a ransomware attack hits at end of day, you lose an entire day's work

The Air Cloud approach to Acronis Backup

A deployed backup is not a tested backup. We go beyond deployment to ensure your data is truly recoverable.

Regular restore tests

We schedule and conduct regular restore tests in your environment — not just Acronis automated tests. You know your data is recoverable because we have verified it, not because we hope it works.

RTO/RPO adapted to your operations

We size your backup strategy based on your actual RTO and RPO: which systems are critical? What data loss is acceptable? How long can you afford to be down? The answers determine the frequency and architecture of backups.

Proactive failure monitoring

We continuously monitor your Acronis backups. Every backup failure generates an immediate alert for our team — we intervene before you realise a backup has failed.

What our clients say
« We suffered a ransomware attack on a Friday evening. Thanks to Acronis backups configured and monitored by Air Cloud, we were restored in 4 hours Monday morning. No data loss. Without that backup, we would have been finished. »
